Evolved Inner World is an approach to guiding children to understand themselves from the inside out.

Children spend so much of their lives learning about the world around them, but are rarely given the same opportunity to understand the world happening inside of them.

Through relationship, co-regulation, interoception, curiosity and exploration, Evolved Inner World gives children space to discover their bodies, emotions, senses, energy, thoughts, needs, values, choices and connections.

As that understanding grows, children begin to discover what works for them. How they like to learn, what helps them begin, how they experience time and energy, what makes their days more manageable, what they need from others, and how they can create more room for themselves within their own lives.
